It connected me profoundly to my deepest values of magic, wonder, awe, and a sense of all things being possible. The Illumined Story
Led By the Heart
Sara Stein, creator of Illumined, technically began her journey as a healing-practitioner at a young age. "Even as a small child, people would share their problems and worries with me. It felt natural to hold space for them and I later came to understand that some sort of energetic exchange and healing was happening in our interactions. People walked away feeling heard, lighter and a clear path was revealed for them"
Sara went on to receive a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology in 1999 and a Masters in Social Work in 2005. She proceeded to work in school programs with children, families and teachers.
In 2008, she came across her first deck of Angel Cards and shortly after, delved into the world of intuition and energy work. She received a certification as a Holistic Angel Practitioner in 2010 and began conducting card readings for people. Along with her formal counseling background, utilizing intuition and cards as a healing tool added a deeper, more impactful dimension to her work with others. Sara further added additional healing modalities to her repertoire along the way including Reiki.

in 2014, she moved to Bali for a period of time and began studying and mentoring with a Craniosacral Therapy Practitioner. Since then, she has conducted many healing Craniosacral Therapy sessions for others, including animals. Sara has found that sometimes a combination of all 3 dimensions of her work (therapeutic container, body work and angel cards) provides a potent formula for authentic personal transformation and fulfilling living.
​In 2024, she created her Dream-Catching, Inspired Coaching "Playgram" (program) - helping people intuitively and magically create a path to realize their wildest dreams.

Sara currently resides in Cleveland, Ohio where she has a holistic counseling practice - providing therapy, Craniosacral Therapy and/or Angel Card sessions for clients. She also conducts online healing, coaching and counseling sessions.
